Spencer Pratt<\/a>\u2018s sister, Stephanie Pratt<\/a>, just sent a bold message to his Los Angeles mayoral bid in a string of strongly worded social media updates.<\/p>\n On Saturday, February 14, Stephanie took to X<\/a> to share her unfiltered thoughts about her The Hills<\/a><\/em> star sibling running for the mayor of LA.<\/p>\n \u201cSpencer has done great work for the Palisades. But LA does not need another unqualified and inexperienced mayor,\u201d Stephanie declared. \u201cA vote for him is a vote for stupidity.\u201d<\/p>\n After that, Stephanie, 39, made serious allegations about Spencer, 42, and his wife, Heidi Montag<\/a>, 39. She wrote in a follow-up X post<\/a>, \u201cHe\u2019s just trying to stay famous and sell his memoir don\u2019t be fooled,\u201d later adding<\/a>, \u201cAt least hire someone with work experience who wasn\u2019t in a cult.\u201d<\/p>\n In response to X users saying she shouldn\u2019t be slamming her brother, Stephanie shared<\/a>, \u201cEveryone saying I should support him no matter what. Sorry, he beat me up when I was 18 & put me in the hospital. So no, he doesn\u2019t belong in the government. Run the Palisades all you want, not LA.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, Stephanie made her stance clear regarding the Spencer vs. Lauren Conrad<\/a> debate.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd yes, fact \u2014 I will always be on team Lauren Conrad,\u201d she revealed on X<\/a>. \u201cThose two spent years trying to destroy her life for magazine covers. I always side with the vulnerable who need help, not the people inflicting pain on others.\u201d<\/p>\n Spencer\u2019s sister also claimed<\/a> that he \u201cgot me hooked on hard core drugs at 15,\u201d \u201chad a hidden drug addiction.\u201d<\/p>\n In the same string of X posts, Stephanie claimed<\/a>, \u201cI\u2019m going to give you a history of Spencer \u2014 did anyone know after the cult they went to Costa Rica and were arrested for illegal firearms? He called my dad from jail after not speaking to our family for 8 years bc of his cult, to bail him out.\u201d<\/p>\n Stephanie also shared that she has \u201cno interest in fame<\/a>,\u201d and declared of her brother<\/a>, \u201cLeopards never change their spots. Stay in the Palisades, Spencer.\u201d<\/p>\n In early January 2026, Spencer announced his bid for LA mayor<\/a> at a Palisades protest, one year after his home and thousands of others were destroyed in the wildfire.<\/p>\n \u201cThe system in Los Angeles isn\u2019t struggling, it\u2019s fundamentally broken,\u201d Pratt said, per the celebrity.land.<\/a> \u201cIt is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favors with, while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash.
