Wagner Entertainment<\/a> is growing its ranks with the hire of former Arclight Films executive Ryan Hamilton\u00a0as\u00a0Head of Worldwide Sales and former Killer Films creative exec Amanda Larney\u00a0as\u00a0Head of Development.<\/p>\n\n\tThe company will handle sales on select in-house and third party titles but will also work with third party sellers. \n\tHamilton joins Wagner Entertainment after recently producing the survival thriller\u00a0Zipline<\/em>, sold by Black Bear. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Arclight Films, where he oversaw production, sales, and financing. He worked on movies including A24\u2019s\u00a0First Reformed<\/em>; fellow Paul Schrader title Oh, Canada<\/em>; Dog Eat Dog<\/em>, with Nicolas Cage and Willem Dafoe; and Hotel Mumbai<\/em>, starring Dev Patel and Jason Isaacs.<\/p>\n\n\tLarney, formerly a junior creative exec at Killer Films and assistant at CAA, joins the company following their collaboration on upcoming Madelaine Petsch and Ashley Benson film\u00a0Pretty Babies<\/em>, which Wagner produced in partnership with Killer Films.<\/p>\n\n\tIn her new role, she will oversee development across the company\u2019s slate, \u201cguiding projects from early material through greenlight and into production and post, while helping shape Wagner Entertainment\u2019s creative identity\u201d.<\/p>\n
\n\tAs we first revealed, Wagner Entertainment recently signed a three-picture deal with Killer Fims. The company backed recently released film F*uck Valentine\u2019s Day<\/em> with Marisa Tomei and continues to be in post on challenged thriller Lone Wolf<\/em> with Bryan Cranston. Jordan Wagner\u2019s own credits as exec producer include Flight Risk<\/em> and Hypnotic<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\tFounder and CEO\u00a0Wagner commented: \u201cRyan and I have worked together for years, and I\u2019ve always respected his judgment and market insight.
