Steven Wilson<\/a> has announced details of two very special live shows due to take place in the autumn. <\/strong>Following on from 2025\u2019s globe-spanning tour,\u00a0Steven Wilson\u00a0will return to the\u00a0Royal Albert Hall\u00a0for the seventh time to play\u00a0two shows\u00a0with his band and an orchestra. <\/strong><\/p>\n The shows will take place on\u00a0Wednesday 28th<\/sup>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Thursday 29th October<\/strong>. Tickets go on sale on 20th February at 10am.<\/p>\n Each\u00a0Royal Albert Hall<\/strong>\u00a0performance will see Steven and band take the stage at one of the most iconic concert venues in the UK. Although Steven has played the venue before, this will be the first time he and his band have been accompanied by the\u00a0Parallax Orchestra<\/strong>\u00a0and a choir of singers performing previously unheard arrangements of\u00a0The Overview\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tracks prepared especially for these Royal Albert Hall shows by one of the Parallax Orchestra\u2019s founders\u00a0Simon Dobson<\/a>.<\/p>\n These Royal Albert Hall shows will be the only Steven Wilson live dates in 2026.<\/strong>
Steven Wilson<\/strong>\u2019s space inspired masterpiece\u00a0The Overview<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was voted Album of the Year in both\u00a0Classic Rock<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Prog<\/strong>\u00a0magazines, and was one of the Albums of the Year in\u00a0Mojo<\/strong>. It charted at No 3 in the UK Album Charts.\u00a0Steven<\/strong>\u2019s last tour (with players Randy McStine: guitar, Adam Holzman: keyboards, Nick Beggs: bass, Craig Blundell: drums) journeyed from Northern Europe to the south of Australia, stopping at most points in between.<\/p>\n
