Warner Bros.<\/a>\u2019 \u201cWuthering Heights<\/a>\u201d debuted at No. 1 at the U.K. and Ireland box office, earning \u00a37.6 million ($10.4 million) on its opening weekend, according to Comscore<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Emerald Fennell film, starring Jacob Elordi<\/a> and Margot Robbie<\/a>, is also No. 1 at the global box office.<\/p>\n

Sony<\/a> scored a strong opening frame with two titles in the top three. \u201cGoat<\/a>\u201d launched at No. 2 with $4.8 million, while \u201cCrime 101<\/a>\u201d opened in third place with $1.9 million.<\/p>\n

Last weekend\u2019s chart-topper, Disney\u2019s \u201cSend Help<\/a>,\u201d moved to No. 4 in its second frame, adding $1.1 million for a cumulative $22.6 million. At No. 5, Lionsgate<\/a> U.K.\u2019s \u201cThe Housemaid<\/a>\u201d continued its long run with $754,000, lifting its total to $42.3 million.<\/p>\n

The middle of the chart was dominated by holdovers. Disney\u2019s \u201cZootopia 2<\/a>\u201d placed sixth with $610,000 for $46.2 million, while Universal<\/a>\u2019s \u201cHamnet<\/a>\u201d ranked seventh with $480,000, reaching $23.8 million.<\/p>\n

Further down, Kazoo Films\u2019 newcomer \u201cStitch Head<\/a>\u201d opened eighth with $360,000, followed by Black…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
