Since then, the band unveiled a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/stereogum.com\/2181779\/failure-documentary-trailer\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">documentary<\/a> featuring Hayley Williams, who <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/stereogum.com\/2295911\/watch-hayley-williams-cover-failure-bjork-with-ken-andrews-at-gve-a-fck-la-benefit\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">covered<\/a> their 1996 song &#8220;Daylight&#8221; with Failure frontman Ken Andrews at the G*VE A F*CK LA\u00a0benefit a year ago. Now the grunge greats are back with the announcement of their seventh studio LP called <em>Location Lost<\/em>, and it has the Paramore bandleader guesting on a track.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s very different,&#8221; Edwards says of the record. &#8220;There are sounds and parts that really don\u2019t have any precedence within the Failure world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The lead single &#8220;The Air&#8217;s On Fire&#8221; is out today, and it&#8217;s inspired by the surgery Edwards underwent for a back injury. &#8220;That song is directly about my surgery and waking up,&#8221; he explains. &#8220;I basically coded. Everything was spinning. I kept saying, &#8216;Turn the air on. I&#8217;m fine \u2014 just take me home.&#8217; I was definitely not fine.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The eerie tune comes with a music video directed by Sean Stout.
