SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL\/KMSS<\/a>) \u2013 R&B Singer Ray J alarmed concertgoers this weekend at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium during a Valentine\u2019s Day performance, where attendees reported seeing what appeared to be blood coming from his eyes while he performed with a medical dressing visible on his chest.<\/p>\n Ray J sitting on stage New title for YouTube: Ray J\u2019s Bloody Eyes Shock Shreveport Valentine\u2019s Day Concert Crowd <\/p>\n The incident occurred after the artist was hospitalized in January with pneumonia, and his heart was functioning at 25%<\/a>, according to videos posted by Ray J online.<\/a><\/p>\n Videos circulating online s<\/a>how the performer with blood streaming from his eyes during the intimate Valentine\u2019s Day concert.<\/p>\n Singer Ray J claims \u2018his heart is black\u2019 only has six months to live <\/a><\/p>\n Before the weekend show, Ray J posted on Facebook saying<\/a> he was \u201cputting my life on the line for this show.\u201d<\/p>\n Concert attendee Lamesa F. said she was \u201cgenuinely concerned about him and his well-being, and I just wanted him to be okay.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Tommy Nard II of Nard Multimedia Group, who was the behind-the-scenes videographer at the event, questioned the authenticity of the incident.<\/p>\n \u201cHe loves the attention. So anybody that knows him it\u2019s all theatrical,\u201d said Nard. Me, I\u2019m behind the scenes, like, what are you doing? So I literally seen him literally put the, you know, the fake blood and things like that and go out there and with the crowd, which was very shocking that he would do something like that.\u201d<\/p>\n Following his January hospitalization, Ray J acknowledged on social media<\/a> he had been using alcohol, Adderall and drugs.
