He was spotted in LA (above) a month prior to his arrest. <span class=\"credit\">BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He remained behind bars at Orleans Parish Prison in Louisiana on Tuesday morning he was held without bond and will stand before a judge today at 3 p.m. local time.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/02\/17\/shia-labeouf-in-mardi-gras-fight-paramedics-respond\/?adid=braze-browser-notification\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ obtained footage<\/a>\u00a0of the shirtless actor being treated by paramedics after the alleged altercation.
