\n\tLana Del Rey<\/a> is still cooking up her next album, Stove<\/em>, but on Tuesday (Feb. 17), she gave fans a little taste by serving up single \u201cWhite Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tCowritten with her husband, Jeremy Dufrene \u2014 whom she married<\/a> in September 2024 \u2014 the whimsical track finds the singer gushing over her love and devotion for her partner in a slightly eerie way. \u201cI know you wish you had a man like him, it\u2019s such a bummer\/ When I met him, like an arrow, like a bird in the heart, like a sparrow,\u201d she sings over teetering strings. \u201cWe\u2019re a match, he\u2019s just in my bone marrow.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cAnd I wanted to know if I could use your stove\/ To cook somethin\u2019 up for you \u2019cause you are,\u201d she continues. \u201cPositively voodoo, everything that you do\/ Did you know exactly how magical you are?\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe creation of \u201cWhite Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter\u201d was a family affair overall, with Del Rey\u2019s sister Chuck Grant and brother-in-law Jason Pickens also collaborating on its lyrics. Jack Antonoff, the alt-pop hitmaker\u2019s frequent collaborator, produced and helped compose the track.<\/p>\n \n\tWhen she first announced<\/a> that she\u2019d be releasing the song earlier in February, Del Rey called it her \u201cfavorite\u201d song from Stove<\/em>. \u201cThis is the one I\u2019ve been waiting for,\u201d she added at the time, noting that she thinks the long awaited album will be ready to drop in about three months. <\/p>\n \n\tThe new album era has been a long time coming for Del Rey, who first announced in January 2024 at the Billboard x NMPA Songwriter Awards that she was working on a country record. Its lead single, \u201cHenry, Come On,\u201d arrived in April 2025, back when the project\u2019s working title was The Right Person Will Stay.<\/em> She later postponed the album and renamed it Stove<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tThe vocalist last dropped an album in 2023, with that year\u2019s Did You Know That There\u2019s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd <\/em>reaching No. 3 on the Billboard 200<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\tListen to \u201cWhite Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter\u201d below.<\/p>\n \n
