Heart Blowing<\/em> (2023) by Georges Aperghis is a vivid and theatrical brass quintet in which virtuosity, gesture, and character merge into a single breathing musical body. Ail\u00eds N\u00ed R\u00edain\u2019s and still it breathes\u2026<\/em> (2025) is a work that takes the physical act of breathing itself as musical material, translating normal and disrupted breathing patterns into sound, voice, and collective utterance.<\/p>\n In the second half, Ensemble Musikfabrik presents Jessie Marino\u2019s NO SALT<\/em>, recomposed for five strings and electronics.
