The Wiggles aren\u2019t just a pop group nowadays: they\u2019re a fully-fledged children\u2019s entertainment brand whose business stretches well beyond the borders of their homeland Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now they have\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.universalmusic.com\/the-wiggles-set-for-triumphant-return-childrens-entertainment-powerhouse-signs-global-deal-with-universal-music-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">signed to the world\u2019s biggest label<\/a>, inking an agreement with Universal Music Group covering \u201cstreaming, digital and physical distribution, promotion and marketing\u201d. That includes a deal to put their music out through Republic Records\u2019 Kids &amp; Family imprint in the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat makes this new partnership so special is the opportunity to take everything we do \u2013 music, storytelling, live performance \u2013 and amplify it on a truly global scale,\u201d said founder Anthony Field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Wiggles may have started in the early 1990s, but their growth in the streaming age has been notable.
