Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II and formerly known as Prince Andrew, was arrested Thursday morning at the Royal Family\u2019s Sandringham estate on suspicion of misconduct while he was a trade representative.<\/p>\n
