Along with strong viewership, Peacock’s The ‘Burbs<\/a> has also received overwhelming praise from critics, which ultimately led to an 81% score on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a>. That’s a massive improvement over the Rotten score of 56% that the original film earned. Meanwhile, the audience score for both versions currently sits at 71%.<\/p>\n

According to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, the TV remakewas viewed for 712 million minutes from February 9 to 16, its first full week on the streaming service, with the remake inching towards 1 billion minutes viewed.
