The album will be released on April 24, 2026 \u2014 more than two years after it was completed in the studio. As you all know, <strong>Tomas Lindberg<\/strong> passed away last year due to complications from his cancer treatment. Over the past few years, we worked closely with <strong>Tomas<\/strong>, discussing and refining every detail to ensure nothing was left to chance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn accordance with <strong>Tomas<\/strong>\u2019s wishes \u2014 including the album title, sound mix, track order, artwork, and overall presentation \u2014 <em>The Ghost Of A Future Dead<\/em> remains true to form. It combines the ferocious energy and hard-hitting, powerful melodies that are the essence of <strong>At The Gates<\/strong>. This album is <strong>Tomas<\/strong>\u2019s legacy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At The Gates<\/strong> also explained why \u201cThe Fever Mask\u201d became the obvious choice to lead the campaign: \u201c\u2018The Fever Mask\u2019 was one of the final songs written for the album and quickly stood out as the natural choice for both the opening track and the first single for <em>The Ghost Of A Future Dead<\/em>.
