The 39-year-old, who appeared as a contestant on American Idol<\/a> in 2013, is accused of killing his wife on February 16 in Tipp City, Ohio. He has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of tampering with evidence, according to Miami Valley Jails records.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n On Monday, the police were called to the home on Cunningham Court around 2:30am after receiving reports of a burglary. According to audio obtained by Fox News Digital, Flynn told a 911 dispatcher that someone broke into his house and killed his wife. “Oh my god, somebody broke into my home, somebody broke into my home and killed my wife,” he said on the call. “My wife, she’s got two shots to her head, there’s blood everywhere. The couple’s two children were also inside the home at the time of the shooting. Neither of them were physically injured.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Flynn, a former music pastor, claimed the door leading to the garage door was “wide open”. Tipp City Police Chief Greg Adkins said that there were signs of forced entry and confirmed that two shots were fired inside the home.
