Curtis, meanwhile, opted for a gray coat, black shirt and matching khakis.<\/p>\n<p>At this time, it\u2019s not clear why the couple was touring the building, though the author recently put his $1.5 million property in lower Manhattan up for sale. <\/p>\n<p>Reps for Aniston and Curtis didn\u2019t immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s requests for comment. <\/p>\n<p>Aniston and Curtis\u2019 day out comes on the heels of the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/19\/celebrity-news\/jennifer-anistons-boyfriend-jim-curtis-details-how-they-navigate-relationship-flare-ups\/\">hypnotherapist sharing the healthy dynamic<\/a> he and his other half have when it comes to arguments. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Aniston kept it casual in a jacket, jeans and a scarf. <span class=\"credit\">BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Curtis wore for a gray coat, black shirt and khakis. <span class=\"credit\">BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Curtis acknowledged that he and the \u201cFriends\u201d actress have \u201clittle things that flare up\u201d once in a while, but deal with those issues in a positive way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,\u201d the wellness coach said on\u00a0the Feb. 12 episode of the<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Uv_EMt9JVco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0\u201cCed with Intention\u201d\u00a0podcast<\/a>. \u201cWe spend a lot of time in the house together.
