<\/story-highlights> Hot Stove Cool Music<\/a>, a Boston Red So<\/a>x sports-oriented music festival and fundraiser, is back in Boston with a band millenials will know leading their 2026 lineup.<\/p>\n Leading the show will be Fountains of Wayne, who unleashed the hit song, “Stacy’s Mom”<\/a> to the masses in 2003.<\/p>\n Past headliners include<\/a> Eddie Vedder, Buddy Guy, James Taylor, Mavis Staples, Cheap Trick, Liz Phair, Tom Morello, Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, Common, Yo-Yo Ma, Smashing Pumpkins, Juliana Hatfield, Steven Tyler and the Dropkick Murphys.<\/p>\n Since the first Hot Stove Cool Music show<\/a>, the annual concert series “has raised over $20 million through 35 events (25 in Boston, 10 in Chicago) that have brought together over 250 musical acts and nearly 40,000 music and sports fans,” according to a release about the event.<\/p>\n Here’s what to know.<\/a><\/p>\n The event<\/a> is Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at The Paradise<\/a>, 967 Commonwealth Ave., Boston.<\/p>\n A limited number of general admission<\/a> tickets are available for a $66 donation with all proceeds supporting Foundation To Be Named Later\u2019s (FTBNL)<\/a> Peter Gammons College Scholarships for young people overcoming the odds to realize their dreams.\u00a0<\/p>\n VIP tickets are available\u00a0at\u00a0www.ftbnl.org<\/a>, which include\u00a0access to a special pre-show reception, complimentary delicious food from The Block, Woods Hill Seaport, La Morra, The Sausage Guy and others, as well as beverages from Harpoon, Hope Family Wines, and Truly, and a special viewing area for the show.<\/p>\n Supporting Foundation To Be Named Later\u2019s (FTBNL)<\/a>, the event helps fund scholarships, supporting 350 students over the years, according to a press release.<\/p>\n “These scholars benefit from tuition grants, dedicated mentors, and leadership trainings, resulting in an impressive 99% college graduation rate. Additionally, FTBNL<\/a> has provided millions of dollars in grants to over 400 innovative nonprofit partners in Boston and Chicago, transforming lives in underserved neighborhoods.”<\/p>\n The foundation<\/a> was founded in 2005 by twin brothers\u00a0Theo Epstein\u00a0(formerly of the\u00a0Boston Red Sox<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Chicago Cubs) and\u00a0Paul Epstein.<\/p>\n Although the main act of the event is Fountains of Wayne<\/a>, fans will also be able to catch a performance by the Hot Stove All Stars band.<\/p>\n\n
