Britain’s Got Talent audiences found themselves split over the performance that brought the opening episode of the ITV<\/a> programme to a close.<\/p>\n

This series will see hundreds of aspiring performers welcomed by the award-winning presenting duo Ant and Dec, before showcasing their abilities to the judging panel of Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and newcomer KSI.<\/p>\n

Acts from across the UK and beyond will grace the stage, hoping to win over not only the judges but also the voting public, with the aim of securing the life-altering \u00a3250,000 prize and a coveted appearance at the prestigious Royal Variety Performance.<\/p>\n

Yet fans were swift to voice their opinions following the Somerset-based act Celestial’s show-closing mega-drone spectacle. With the judges and spectators gathering outside, Celestrial delivered a striking display featuring drones and lighting effects.<\/p>\n

Near the conclusion of the routine, King Charles’ voice featured in an emotional tribute, which some watching at home felt “couldn’t have come at a worse time”, reports Belfast Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The voice declared, “Wherever you may live in the United Kingdom, I shall endeavour to serve you with loyalty, respect and love.<\/p>\n

“Our nation and the wider family of realms, of whose talents, traditions and achievements, I am so inexpressibly proud. Have prospered and flourished, which makes us great as a nation.”<\/p>\n

Amanda Holden responded, “I am going to start crying.”<\/p>\n

Following the performance, one viewer commented, “An act with the King’s voiceover could not have come at a worse time!”<\/p>\n
