This was a claim put forward by historian Andrew Lownie, who wrote the bombshell book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, that the late Queen reportedly branded Sarah ‘The Duchess of Deceit’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The author claimed this in his Substack, in which he said a Palace source told him that the late Queen felt \u201can utter betrayal of the trust placed in her (Sarah).”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
This was especially the late Queen\u2019s view when Sarah sold Royal Family secrets to \u201cmake a quick buck\u201d, according to an insider.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
It is believed the late Queen felt this way towards Sarah more strongly in her later years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
