Now, after a few years of ideating, the two powerhouse promoters have announced that they\u2019re returning to Tampa <\/strong>in style with the debut of SMF\u2019s successor, Sunset On The River<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The newly announced Sunset On The River isn\u2019t just a festival bearing a new name; it\u2019s bringing along even more changes. The most apparent shift is the change in dates: while Sunset Music Festival was typically held on Memorial Day Weekend, its successor will take place on February 20-21, 2027<\/strong>. <\/p>\n As for the venue, the festival will now be hosted at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park<\/strong>, which marks another modification to make it more of a boutique experience.
