Andrew was moved out of his former home in the middle of the night on February 2. He was then reportedly driven to the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, which is where his arrest took place on Thursday. He hasn’t been charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Reports have revealed that as he was being evicted, Andrew tried to talk his way out of the eviction \u2013 even using his late mother’s name “in his defence”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
“When he was told to get out he was so arrogant and deluded he repeatedly shouted, ‘But I’m the Queen’s second son, you can’t do this to me’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
“It is extraordinary he chose to use the Queen’s name in his defence. No one is quite sure if the reality of his dire situation has hit home even yet.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Andrew was the late Queen and Prince Philip’s second-born son, and their third child after King Charles and Princess Anne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Andrew, who has also been frequently known as the late Queen’s “favourite son”, reportedly made it clear that he “did not want to leave”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Thames Valley Police is said to be continuing their search of Royal Lodge in connection with his arrest on Thursday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
