From Desperate Housewives to directing for Netflix<\/a>, Eva Longoria<\/strong> is keeping ever busy in Hollywood these days \u2014 with a new movie in the works called The Fifth Wheel.<\/p>\n The upcoming comedy already has a solid cast confirmed, including Nikki Glaser<\/a><\/strong> and Brenda Song<\/strong>, and TMZ is now reporting<\/a> that a Grammy-winning rapper has joined the ensemble.<\/p>\n The tabloid news outlet reported on Saturday<\/a>, Feb. 21 that 50 Cent<\/strong> has been on set the past two days filming for The Fifth Wheel. The TV mogul, 50, reportedly shot multiple scenes alongside Kim Kardashian<\/a><\/strong> and other big names inside the popular nightclub Exchange LA in downtown Los Angeles.<\/p>\n The Fifth Wheel also made headlines this month after TMZ revealed<\/a>Brooks Nader<\/strong> also joined Longoria’s directorial project. Sources say there were no shortcuts and that Nader, 29, still came in and read for the role like any other actress. She auditioned, impressed and landed the part.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, Longoria, 50, posted a photo<\/a> of herself with professional video equipment, presumably from the set of The Fifth Wheel. Fans have since flooded her post’s comments section with seemingly endless messages of congratulatory Emojis.<\/p>\n Last fall, Longoria channeled starlets of yesteryear<\/a> on the red carpet of the Paris Global Gift Gala. As the Global Gift Foundation\u2019s Honor Ambassador, she was all smiles while posing for the Nov. 8, 2025, event in France. The Devious Maids star opted to wear a white floor-length dress with beading.
