\n Following his decision, Lucky Strike Entertainment appointed Thomas Shannon,
\n who currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, to replace
\n Ekster as President. \n<\/p>\n


\n Shannon will now hold the roles of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and
\n President of the company. \n<\/p>\n


\n The filing states that Ekster and the company entered into a Resignation,
\n Severance, and Release Agreement. \n<\/p>\n
