(CBS12) \u2014 <\/span>A nurse at a Royal Palm Beach surgical center was arrested Saturday for allegedly sexually assaulting two patients, and deputies warn there could be more victims.<\/p>\n Officers with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office<\/a> say that after receiving two complaints, detectives launched an investigation into allegations of sexual battery involving two female patients at Palms Wellington Surgical Center.<\/a><\/p>\n According to investigators, the alleged incidents were committed by 34-year-old Joel Vega, 34, a recovery room nurse at the surgical center located in the 400 block of North State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach.<\/p>\n See also: Man shot, killed at Mar-a-Lago overnight had gas can, pointed shotgun at agents<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Following what deputies described as a thorough investigation, detectives established probable cause, and on Saturday, Vega was arrested on sexual battery charges related to the two victims.<\/p>\n Detectives say they believe there may be more victims.<\/p>\n Anyone with information or who believes they may have been a victim is urged to contact Detective L.
