Duff, 38, came in at 64% of the votes, easily winning the tally over Megan Moroney<\/a><\/strong>, Baby Keem<\/strong>, SZA<\/a><\/strong>, Ty Dolla $ign<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n “Here\u2019s that question of whether women can have it all, and through this process I learned I had to sacrifice some things in order to put the record first,” Duff said in a statement regarding her latest album release, per Billboard<\/em>. “As hard as that is, I still believe it\u2019s okay to choose yourself sometimes and do what scares the hell out of you. carving out the time to make an album after all these years was incredibly powerful for me, and now I can\u2019t wait to share it with the world.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this month, the Lizzie McGuire<\/em> star announced she is going on a world tour that begins this summer in Florida. She\u2019ll leave for Europe after the U.S., hit Australia, Canada, then Mexico City.
