Happy belated birthday, Sophie Turner<\/a>! Starting off her new year strong, the actor celebrated her 30th (which falls on February 21) with a sparkling bash and a glittery dress to match.<\/p>\n

Her little shimmering look, courtesy of Retrof\u00eate<\/a>, was designed with a halter neckline, low open back, and slim-fitting, mini silhouette. From a central seam of crystals down the front, rows and rows of tiny gems were draped across the body, creating a glistening party look perfect for a disco-ball soir\u00e9e. The fun piece was layered over a nude slip, adding a bit of coverage to the naked look.<\/p>\n

Turner elevated her Irina halter dress<\/a> even further with matching earrings: dangling crystals that moved in sync with her loose waves. She topped things off with a sparkly shoulder bag and silver heels for a full monochrome look.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo this is 30\u2026.. I think I like it so far,\u201d Turner captioned her Instagram post from the evening, which included black-and-white shots of her getting ready, blowing out the candles on her cake, and dancing the night away with her friends. <\/p>\n

She tapped photographer and filmmaker John Taylor<\/a> for the job, and also credited Olive Sky Weddings and Events<\/a> with party planning and Artistically Twisted London<\/a> with the decadent floral displays (which included some disco balls, naturally).<\/p>\n

The Game of Thrones<\/em> alum had a lot to cheers to this weekend. In addition to her big birthday, she celebrated the release of her latest horror film, The Dreadful<\/em>, which hit United States theaters on Friday. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
