When it comes to UK reality TV shows, there is nothing more mental than Naked Attraction.<\/p>\n

Shows have since come along like Virgin Island<\/a> and Dating Naked that try and match the craziness of the Anna Richardson<\/a> hosted Channel 4 series.<\/p>\n

For those who live under a rock Naked Attraction<\/a> was a dating show in which potential suitors would be revealed in stages from feet to face whilst fully naked.<\/p>\n

This mental TV<\/a> show would see them stage by stage reveal someone\u2019s legs, genitals, chest, then face, with the person choosing their date eliminating someone at each stage.<\/p>\n

Now for me personally you\u2019d need to pay me tens of thousands of pounds to even consider appearing on it, but the contestants of the show<\/a> were actually paid considerably less.<\/p>\n

Speaking to<\/a> iNews a contestant called Gavin said: \u201cYou don\u2019t get paid if you\u2019re on the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re on standby and you don\u2019t appear on the show then you get paid \u00a375 for being in the room.\u201d<\/p>\n

As with any show of this nature, producers will have people on standby whose only role is to step in if anyone pulls out, and these are the only people paid for the show apparently.<\/p>\n

CBB star Lauren Harries once appeared on the show (Channel 4)<\/p><\/div>\n

While attempts to get a celebrity<\/a> version of Naked Attraction hasn’t been able to get off the ground due to a lack of interest, there was that time Celebrity Big Brother<\/a> star Lauren Harries randomly showed up on the show.<\/p>\n

Harries, who first appeared on TV screens as a child due to her precocious knowledge of antiques, stripped off for the programme in 2019, with the chooser having no idea she was famous.<\/p>\n

Sadly, 27-year-old hot tub installer Rigby voted her off, saying: “You might be a little bit too old for me.”<\/p>\n

Harries, understandably, was not happy, telling Rigby: “I’m going, I don’t want to be around him. Don’t say that to a woman about age, just make up something.”<\/p>\n

Richardson told the Daily Star<\/a> celebs such as Duncan James from Blue and Ulrika Jonsson have said they’d be up for a celeb version, but its never got off the ground.<\/p>\n

A contestant on the show revealed what happened when the naked men she was courting got too excited (Channel 4)<\/p><\/div>\n

One of the most common points of discussion when former contestants have been interviewed has been the temperature of the room.<\/p>\n

Many men have described how it was \u2018chilly in the studio\u2019, though one interview suggested that there was a gendered debate amongst contestants with the men wanting it warm so their bits don\u2019t look on the smaller side, and women on the show wanting it cold.<\/p>\n

If men on the show get a bit overcome with the excitement however Naked Attraction did actually have something in place for that.<\/p>\n

Chrissie Wunna, who appeared on the show, said in an interview with<\/a> the Daily Star that fellas on her episode of the show had to be \u2018escorted off set\u2019 after getting an erection during filming.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cThey had to remove them from the pod because they were all really paranoid because the studio was quite cold.<\/p>\n

“People were jogging on the spot and doing the squats and trying to feel cold down there. Then I just walked on down and judged them on it.<\/p>\n

\u201cApparently people were having to get taken out because they’re not allowed to get excited on camera. So, they were getting taken outside as the boys were just getting random boners.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
