Back to the Future<\/em> star Crispin Glover<\/strong><\/a> was accused of battery and assault by an ex-girlfriend in a new complaint.<\/p>\n

According to multiple outlets, Glover is being sued for battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The ex\u2019s complaint also mentioned alleged violations of the Bane Act, California\u2019s civil rights law.<\/p>\n

The filing claims Glover, 61, was involved in a \u201cdisturbing series of incidents in which Jane Doe was essentially held captive and used for sex and free labor by Mr. Glover under false pretenses.\u201d<\/p>\n

The accuser, a model from the U.K., claimed Glover made \u201cstrange advances\u201d toward her after they first interacted on social media in 2015. They met in person eight years later.<\/p>\n

Fox stars as teenager Marty McFly, who travels back in time from 1985 to 1955 with eccentric scientist Dr. Emmett Brown (Christopher Lloyd) and meets his parents as high school [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The meeting allegedly took place in Dresden, Germany, with Jane Doe claiming Glover \u201cshowed off several items of Nazi memorabilia from his collection.\u201d She went on to allege that<\/a> she was \u201cgroomed\u201d by the actor, who made \u201cpromises of a new life where she could start over and have a career in the entertainment industry through some sort of business relationship with him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Glover allegedly told the woman he would set her up with a home and a job if she moved to Los Angeles to work as his assistant. Once in California, she allegedly \u201cfound herself in a disturbing situation where Mr. Glover wanted to control her actions and track her whereabouts and basically serve him as a live in girlfriend\/sex slave.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jane Doe \u201crelied entirely on Mr. Glover\u2019s promises for money and shelter,\u201d according to the complaint. She claims Glover locked her out of the house \u201cwithout notice or warning of any kind, rendering her homeless\u201d on March 2, 2024, after she left to go to a mosque.<\/p>\n

When Jane Doe returned to the home, Glover allegedly \u201cattacked her, grabbing her neck and choking her in a headlock, leaving a visible wound and scar on her neck.\u201d<\/p>\n

Glover was accused of filing a \u201cfalse police report\u201d against Jane Doe in addition to a restraining order that caused \u201cpermanent damage\u201d to her reputation. The woman claimed Glover<\/a> has since continued to \u201charass\u201d her.<\/p>\n
