month.<\/p>\n<p>New Orleans Criminal District Court Judge Simone Levine revoked the \u201cHoles\u201d star\u2019s initial jail release on his own recognizance and ordered LaBeouf to pay the hefty bond on Thursday, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nola.com\/news\/crime_police\/shia-labeouf-court-hearing\/article_a3f10a70-3870-4815-a2d7-5e0912fca33e.html?utm_medium=notification&amp;utm_source=pushly&amp;utm_campaign=desktop_push\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to NOLA.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>LaBeouf, 39, appeared in the packed courtroom with his lawyer, Sarah Chervinsky, and paid the $100,000 bond immediately after the day\u2019s proceedings, per the outlet.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>He was ordered to complete rehab, submit to regular testing and stay away from the alleged victims and the bar where the drunken Mardi Gras bar fight happened.<\/p>\n<p>Levine, in her ruling, reportedly told the courtroom that her biggest concern was that LaBeouf could pose further danger to his initial victims and the broader \u201cmarginalized\u201d New Orleans community that has already suffered so much \u201cterror.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The judge was also said to have required the embattled actor to undergo a drug and alcohol test ahead of the day\u2019s hearing because she witnessed \u201cquite a lot\u201d of evidence connected to LaBeouf\u2019s case following his initial release from jail on Feb. 17.<\/p>\n<figure substances\u201d discovered in his system.<\/p>\n<p>However, the judge clarified that her biggest concern is Labeouf\u2019s alcohol consumption, which she doesn\u2019t believe he is taking seriously based on his decision to continue partying even after his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>LaBeouf\u2019s attorney, meanwhile, claimed that there were no illegal substances found in the \u201cMegalopolis\u201d star\u2019s system and argued that the results only showed evidence of his past alcohol use.<\/p>\n<p>Chervinsky went on to argue that it\u2019s not against the law to get drunk during Mardi Gras.<\/p>\n<p>LaBeouf also requested permission to travel outside of New Orleans, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wdsu.com\/article\/shia-labeouf-arrest-new-orleans-mardi-gras-court-hearing\/70514177\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to WDSU<\/a>, but that request was denied. <\/p>\n<p>The state reportedly asked that a stay-away order be issued to make sure the \u201cTransformers\u201d star doesn\u2019t return to the business and the victims involved in the drunken Mardi Gras bar fight incident.<\/p>\n<p>LaBeouf was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery in New Orleans on Feb. 17 after allegedly assaulting two men outside a dive bar in the French Quarter.<\/p>\n<p>A video from the incident showed the \u201cEven Stevens\u201d alum <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/18\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-caught-head-butting-man-in-heated-confrontation-in-distressing-video\/\">headbutting one alleged victim<\/a>, getting <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/17\/celebrity-news\/new-video-shows-shia-labeouf-getting-pummeled-in-new-orleans-before-arrest\/\">pummeled by a group of men<\/a> in another and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/19\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-allegedly-hurled-gay-slurs-during-bar-brawl-arrest\/\">shouting homophobic slurs<\/a> at his alleged victims in a third.<\/p>\n<p>Although LaBeouf was initially allowed to leave jail without being required to pay a bond after his arrest, the homophobic slur
