Are we FINALLY getting new music from Rihanna<\/strong><\/a>?!<\/p>\n On Thursday night (February 26), the 38-year-old \u201cUmbrella\u201d singer took to Instagram<\/a> to give fans an inside look at a very busy night in her life, which included a stop at a recording studio.<\/p>\n The timestamped video began with her walking into a meeting at 9pm with her Savage X Fenty<\/em> team to discuss designs and to approve of fabric samples.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>As \u201cLe Freak\u201d by CHIC <\/strong>played in the background, Rihanna<\/strong> signed copies of her albums Loud<\/em>, Music of the Sun<\/em>, and Good Girl Gone Bad<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cI still have to go to the studio after this and I have to make a Mardi Gras costume for my son after the studio,\u201d Rihanna<\/strong> said as the meeting continued until almost 2 am. \u201cLongest day ever.\u201d <\/p>\n The Grammy winner then shared some footage of herself in the studio with producers around 2:30am, but she muted the audio to avoid spoiling the music she\u2019s working on.<\/p>\n \u201cWe should have coffee someday, get to know each other,\u201d she joked with the sound engineers. \u201cYesterday\u2019s price is not today\u2019s price.\u201d <\/p>\n After revealing that she\u2019s gotten no sleep, Rihanna<\/strong> returned home to begin \u201cmom duties\u201d at 7am, which involved creating a Mardi Gras costume for 2-year-old son Riot<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Once she completed the costume, little Riot<\/strong> modeled his look \u2013 which included an embellished jacket, bedazzled jeans, and heart-shaped sunglasses \u2013 as they hopped in the car around 8:30am to head to school.<\/p>\n Along with Riot<\/strong>, Rihanna<\/strong> and partner A$AP Rocky<\/strong><\/a> are also parents to 3-year-old son RZA<\/strong><\/a> and daughter Rocki<\/strong><\/a>, who was born in September 2025.<\/p>\n While Rihanna<\/strong> hasn\u2019t released a new album in nearly a decade (her last album ANTI<\/em> came out in 2016), she has worked on some some songs for movies like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever<\/em> and Smurfs<\/em>.<\/p>\n In an interview from last year, Rihanna<\/strong> opened up about motherhood, her life at home with Rocky<\/strong>, new music, her postpartum style, her new business passions, and so much more.
