Yesterday, Rihanna shared a night-in-the-life montage that documented her schedule from 9 p.m. onwards. \u201cCommercial break,\u201d she captioned the video.<\/p>\n

After a quick paparazzi run-in, Rihanna\u2014dressed casually in a blue pinstriped collared blouse, baggy faded jeans, and a gray jacket\u2014attended an hours-long meeting for her lingerie and loungewear brand, Savage x Fenty. The meeting saw Rihanna approving designs and autographing album covers. At about 1:45 a.m., Rihanna revealed what was next on her agenda. \u201cI still have to go to the studio after this,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I have to make a Mardi Gras costume for my son after the studio. Longest day ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

By 2 a.m., Rihanna left the office to jump into the recording studio. This part of the montage was mostly muted\u2014possibly indicating that whatever music she played in the studio will be part of her long-awaited ninth studio album? (In case you forgot, Rihanna last released an album\u2014the critically-acclaimed Anti<\/em>\u201410 years ago.)<\/p>\n

The clips showed Rihanna adjusting a sound mixer, taking notes, and dancing. She also joked around with the engineers in the studio, telling them, \u201cWe should have a coffee some day. Let\u2019s get to know each other. Yesterday\u2019s price is not<\/em> today\u2019s price.\u201d<\/p>\n

By 6:45 a.m., Rihanna headed home\u2014but sleep was still hours away. She immediately got to hot gluing sequins and feathers together to create a Mardi Gras-worthy costume for her youngest son, two-year-old Riot. Rihanna also shares three-year-old son RZA and baby girl Rocki with her longtime partner, A$AP Rocky<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At last, by 8:30 a.m., the costume-making was done. Rihanna, now changed into a pink Savage x Fenty loungewear set, showed off Riot in his costume, which included a black blazer with purple beaded shoulders and sparkly embellished jeans.<\/p>\n

Rihanna previously opened up about juggling motherhood with her work responsibilities in an interview for Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/a><\/em>\u2019s March 2025 cover story<\/a>.<\/p>\n
