\t\t<\/p>\n Shia LaBeouf<\/strong><\/a> has reportedly been arrested again. <\/p>\n The 39-year-old actor was taken into custody on Saturday afternoon (February 28) in New Orleans, a little more than a week after his last arrest, according to AP News<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This comes after a new warrant was issued with an additional misdemeanor charge stemming from his arrest earlier this month<\/a>. <\/p>\n Shia<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer says that he voluntarily turned himself in on Saturday after the warrant was issued on Friday (February 27). <\/p>\n \u201cNo regular person would be required to post over $100,000 in bonds, and be jailed two separate times for one misdemeanor incident,\u201d his attorney Sarah Chervinsky<\/strong> shared. \u201cJust as he does not deserve preferential treatment, Mr. LaBeouf<\/strong> also does not deserve to be treated more harshly by the police and courts just because he is a public figure.\u201d<\/p>\n Shia <\/strong>was previously ordered to enroll in a substance abuse treatment program <\/a>following the arrest earlier this month.<\/p>\n The actor recently opened up about the incident in an interview.
