Luke Grimes<\/a> is back as Kayce Dutton, the character he played for five seasons on Taylor Sheridan<\/a>\u2019s Yellowstone, but this time in more of a procedural format.<\/p>\n

Marshals, formerly known as Y: Marshals<\/a>, debuted on CBS<\/a> tonight and the spinoff of the Paramount Network<\/a> drama finally revealed the fate of Grimes\u2019 former on-screen wife, Monica Dutton, played by Kelsey Asbille<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the opening scene, Kayce Dutton wakes up in an empty room after a dream where, as a U.S. Navy<\/a> Seal<\/a>, he is screaming \u201cMonica, where are you?\u201d.<\/p>\n

He then spends much of the first act caring for his teenage son Tate, played by Brecken Merrill<\/a>. \u201cI know your mom was better at all this,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
