The robbery occurred just hours before Johns was due to start organising the large-scale event to celebrate St David\u2019s Day in Arroyo de la Miel, at which her band, Mama Cath and the Soul Sisters, and her sons&#8217; group, The Rock and Roll Brothers, performed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-p\">The equipment stolen includes two guitars (a Gretch and a Fender Stratocaster), a black 3\/4 double bass, a Mackie Pro FX12 mixing desk, an Ampeg bass amp cabinet and head, a Fender Blues Junior amp and two Behringer 15&#8243; active speakers.<\/p>\n<div class=\"v-c-cmp v-c-cmp--s\">\n<div class=\"v-cmp-m \">\n<div class=\"v-a v-a--cmp-m v-c-cmp--m-p\">\n<div class=\"v-a-img-c \">\n<figure class=\"v-a-fig\">\n<div class=\"v-a-link\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/s1.ppllstatics.com\/surinenglish\/www\/multimedia\/2026\/03\/02\/amp-U38350675324VDL-650x975@Diario%20Sur.jpg\" class=\"v-a-img\" alt=\"The Ampeg bass amp.\" data-voc-vtm-id=\"in-text-traffic\" width=\"650\" height=\"975\"\/>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"v-fc \">\n<span class=\"v-fc__t\"><br \/>\nThe Ampeg bass amp.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"v-fc__p\"><br \/>\nSUR<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"v-p\">\u201cSomeone has stolen these items from the van in the early hours of the morning, which is truly devastating. This is a livelihood that has been taken and will be a huge financial hit. These are not the easiest of things to conceal or sell. We appeal to as many of you to share this around and hopefully the power of the internet can help us try recover or at least find out who has done this.
