Last year, Rise Brands announced that the historic Bogey Inn, which closed a couple of years ago, was getting a face lift<\/a>, and Central Ohio couldn\u2019t have been more excited about it.<\/p>\n

The company, which owns Pins Mechanical Co. and 16-Bit-Bar + Arcade, planned for an expansive \u201centertainment campus,\u201d transforming the Bogey Inn property into a restaurant and bar, ice cream shop, and a 36-hole putting course. They said that it would still be called The Bogey Inn.<\/p>\n

The company released renderings of the new concept last year to add to the excitement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A year later, and the plans have been scrapped.<\/strong> Rise Brands confirmed that this golf-centric project is not moving forward due to hurdles at this particular site. Initially, this entertainment campus was planned to open in 2026 during the Memorial Tournament in June.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s still unclear if Rise Brands will move forward with this entertainment campus elsewhere, and what will become of the Bogey Inn property now.<\/p>\n
