‘Stage Tour’ Game Reveal Video Announcement<\/span>(Credit: YouTube)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Last August, RedOctane <\/strong>\u2013 the company that produced the Guitar Hero<\/em> video games in the 2000s \u2013 announced their return and rebranding as RedOctane Games<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Now, less than a year later, the company has made an official announcement about a new game, Stage Tour<\/em>. The forthcoming video game is currently in \u201cactive development,\u201d with plans for release before the end of 2026.<\/p>\n Stage Tour <\/em>is set to be a \u201crhythm-action game\u201d that embodies some elements of the original Guitar Hero<\/em> franchise, but in a more personalised RPG setting, Metal Injection<\/em><\/a> reports.<\/p>\n The official video game reveal teaser was shared by Stage Tour, RedOctane Games, Gibson Guitar<\/strong>, and Kramer Guitars <\/strong>and features Static-X <\/strong>in the background as its characters play the chunky riffs. They\u2019ll also get to customise their style with Gibson guitar and bass designs, with a community-focused background that allows gamers to unlock rewards, exclusive content, and \u201cpermanent bragging rights.\u201d<\/p>\n At the time of publication, no release date for Stage Tour<\/em> has been confirmed.
