The announcement stated that Whiteside will remain in his role through June 30, then serve as CEO Emeritus<\/a> for the remainder of the year, working to help with the transition after he exits the top spot. A search committee has been formed by the ACM\u2019s board of directors to look for his successor.<\/p>\n
