The show marked Ala\u00efa creative director Pieter Mulier\u2019s final show with the fashion house.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m wearing an Ala\u00efa, duh,” Silverstone responded when W Magazine<\/em><\/a> asked her what she\u2019s wearing. The line appears in the film in a scene in which Silverstone’s character, Cher, is being mugged in a parking lot, and she protests being told to lie down on the ground to preserve her dress.<\/p>\n Alicia Silverstone in ‘Clueless’ Never miss a story \u2014 sign up for<\/strong> PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter<\/strong><\/a> to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer\u200b\u200b, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.<\/strong><\/p>\n In the film, Cher is left stranded outside a liquor store wearing a red fur-lined coat over a red square-necked Ala\u00efa dress when a man holds her at gunpoint and steals her belongings.<\/p>\n After taking her phone and purse, the mugger tells Cher to lie facedown on the ground, to which she famously replies, \u201cOh no, you don\u2019t understand this is an Ala\u00efa.\u201d When the man shows confusion about what that means, Cher goes on to explain that Ala\u00efa is \u201ca totally important designer.”<\/p>\n Speaking with W Magazine<\/em>, the actress told the outlet that she\u2019s \u201cso happy\u201d to be at an Ala\u00efa show 30 years after wearing one of their dresses in Clueless<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s really lovely to be here,\u201d Silverstone said. \u201cThis is Pieter\u2019s last year and to be here for this, I think it\u2019s a special moment.\u201d<\/p>\n In an interview with PEOPLE in October, the star admitted that she no longer owns Cher’s iconic wardrobe.<\/p>\n “Before I did Clueless<\/em>, I really was a T-shirt and jeans kind of girl,” Silverstone recalled, adding, “I wasn’t too into fashion at all.”<\/p>\n So, Silverstone ended up giving them away to director and screenwriter Gia Coppola. \u201cI realized it was not working in my life,\u201d she explained. \u201cI gave them all away stupidly.\u201d<\/p>\n “Lord only knows what Gia’s done with them,” Silverstone continued. “Gia doesn’t know where they are either, so she must have given them away, too.
