She <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/clutchpoints.com\/celebrity\/khloe-kardashian-true-tristan-thompson-relationship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has a daughter, True,<\/a> and a son, Tatum, with Thompson.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think I have the energy for another baby, but I do think girls need sisters,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s how I was raised.<\/p>\n<p>Khloe is an expert on having a sisterly bond as the reality star has four sisters: Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike, Tatum is going to be fine,\u201d Khloe said of her son. \u201cBut a girl needs her sister. Maybe because that was my experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Khloe noted that maybe she won&#8217;t have enough \u201cenergy\u201d for another child at the moment, she also looked into other aspects like her emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ask Me Anything | Khlo\u00e9 In Wonder Land\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BnnZBT36XfI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know if I emotionally can handle this,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s just been a thought. I\u2019ve just been thinking about it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While still on the topic of expanding her family, she recalled the drama that happened when Tatum was born.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would be along for that journey [this time] as opposed to all the trauma that surrounded Tatum\u2019s surrogate experience,\u201d Khloe explained.<\/p>\n<p>When Khloe found out that she and Thompson&#8217;s surrogate was pregnant with Tatum, the Clevealand Cavaliers star fathered a child outside of their relationship. He and a woman named Maralee Nichols share a son named Theo who was born in December 2021. Tatum was born in July 2022. Additionally, prior to True&#8217;s birth in April 2018, Thompson cheated on Khloe a few days before she was born.<\/p>\n<p>While she would be up for having another baby, possibly in the future with the frozen embryo, she will be okay if it doesn&#8217;t happen that way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you put an embryo in, there\u2019s no guarantee it will take,\u201d she said. \u201cSo I was also thinking I could try that and if it doesn\u2019t work, that means God didn\u2019t want me to have another baby. And that\u2019s fine.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>What has Khloe Kardashian said about Tristan Thompson&#8217;s infidelity?<\/h2>\n<p>While Khloe and Thompson have not dated in several years, she has been opening up about their former relationship with the NBA star. In an interview with Alex Cooper on her podcast, Call Her Daddy, back in December 2025,<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/clutchpoints.com\/celebrity\/khloe-kardashian-recalls-not-processing-tristan-thompson-cheating-drama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> she shared about her feelings after Thompson cheated<\/a> for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think the first one hurt the most because I was pregnant. Also, I didn&#8217;t get to sit with my feelings enough for the first one. But because I gave birth less than two days later, I buried my head in the sand, and I was like, I just want to have this bliss that I always dreamed of, and have a brand new baby and have the daddy here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added that the second time Thompson stepped out of their relationship \u201churt more\u201d for a couple of reasons.
