Heather and Terry Dubrow said they “do everything wrong” when it comes to their bedtime routine<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
The couple admitted to supposed bad habits such as bringing their phones to bed and drinking and eating late, on the March 2 episode of their\u00a0podcast Between Us<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n They also said they keep their bedroom so cold that Heather wears a sweater and scarf to bed, while Terry sleeps nude<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Heather Dubrow<\/a> and Botched<\/em><\/a> star Dr. Terry Dubrow<\/a> are giving a glimpse of their bedtime routine.<\/p>\n The Dubrows shared how they wind down at night on the March 2 episode of their podcast, Between Us<\/em><\/a>, <\/em>after Heather, 57, said people always ask her what the couple does at the end of the day. \u201cI can tell you, as a longevity expert \u2014 what you’re supposed to do? We don’t do any of those things,\u201d Terry, 67, said.<\/p>\n \u201cWe do everything wrong. We drink alcohol. We eat. We look at our phones,\u201d the Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em><\/a> star said.<\/p>\n Terry explained you\u2019re supposed to \u201cput your phone away two hours before. Make the room dark, cool, get rid of anything that has a blue light associated with it \u2026 We do the opposite of that.\u00a0We drink to the last minute, right before we go to bed.\u201d<\/p>\n Heather and Terry Dubrow shared their bedtime routine on their “Between Us” podcast. \u201cMaybe to the point of illness,\u201d Heather quipped.<\/p>\n \u201c<\/strong>And then we get in bed and we go on our screens,\u201d Terry said.<\/p>\n The couple said they keep their room \u201csuper cold\u201d \u2014 63 degrees \u2014 and have two fans running on high. \u201cWe like air moving and it needs to be snowing in the room,\u201d Heather joked. While they do have a dual-sided electric blanket (with her side on the highest setting), Heather shared that the chilly environment requires additional bedtime clothes.<\/p>\n \u201cI have a sleep scarf, and I use this [Alexander] McQueen<\/a> scarf because I like the fabric,\u201d she said, explaining she balls it up and tucks it behind her head to keep her head straight so she doesn\u2019t sleep on her face.<\/p>\n Never miss a story \u2014 sign up for\u00a0<\/strong>PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cBecause it’s so cold in our room, I have a sleep sweater,\u201d she said, sharing that she also sleeps in a long, stretchy black dress from Skims<\/a> that\u2019s \u201ctight enough I don\u2019t have to wear a bra.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have my sleepy dress and then I decided it was cold,\u201d she said of why she added \u201ca sleeping sweater.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThen a mask and a scarf,\u201d Terry, who said he sleeps nude, added. \u201cIt’s like having sex with the Frosty the Snowman<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt’s a lavender McQueen scarf and it’s a black, very clean, like, very small mask. And then it’s a sexy Skims dress and it’s a silk pillowcase. It’s all really beautiful,\u201d Heather said. \u201cIt’s not like a frilly grandma nightgown.\u201d<\/p>\n
