the news.<\/p>\n<p>Spears, 44, was\u00a0arrested for driving under the influence\u00a0after she was spotted\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/05\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-911-dispatch-reveals-star-swerved-in-and-out-of-lanes-before-dui-arrest\/\">swerving her BMW in and out of traffic<\/a>\u00a0in Westlake Village, Calif., on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n<p>Page Six confirmed that the \u201cToxic\u201d singer was\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/05\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-911-dispatch-reveals-star-swerved-in-and-out-of-lanes-before-dui-arrest\/\">handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol<\/a>\u00a0in Ventura County around 9:28 p.m. local time and booked at 3:02 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>She was also reportedly\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/05\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-taken-to-hospital-after-dui-arrest-report\/\">taken to the hospital to get blood drawn<\/a>\u00a0so officials could determine
