He has held senior creative and strategic roles at Warner Brothers in Australia and at the UK\u2019s Eyeworks and ITV Studios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Crompton will replace Andrew Llinares, who recently <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibc.org\/people-purpose\/news\/andrew-llinares-to-step-down-as-fremantle's-director-of-global-entertainment\/23014\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\" target=\"_blank\">stepped down<\/a> as Director of Global Entertainment after three years. He will report directly to Jennifer Mullin, Fremantle\u2019s Global CEO.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Fremantle\u2019s Entertainment division delivered 345 commissions across 62 territories in 2025. Its catalogue includes <em>The Price is Right, Family Feud, Got Talent, Idol, Masked Singer, Farmer Wants a Wife, The Farm, The X Factor, <\/em>and<em> Too Hot to Handle<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Mullin said: \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Ben to Fremantle. He is a business-minded leader with a deep understanding of the industry, not only from a development and production perspective, but also from a commercial and strategic viewpoint.
