Emergency physician Dr. Megan Ranney agreed with that analysis, writing on X, \u201cThis is not a \u2018slip & fall\u2019. This is not a minor concussion. This is MAJOR head trauma. My condolences to Saget\u2019s friends & family. I hope that they get answers as to what really happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But this is more than just \u2018I whacked my head on the kitchen cabinet.'” The doubt continued to be cast with former AUSA-SDNY Richard Signorelli saying, \u201cNo wrongdoing found. Something doesn\u2019t make sense given his severe head injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York also cast doubt on the investigation into Bob’s death due to the autopsy results. He wrote, \u201cThis is really odd. Makes you wonder about the thoroughness of the original investigation of the scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
