One of the reasons the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said they were walking away from royal life in 2020 was their right to privacy.<\/p>\n<p>I remember when Meghan was pregnant (with Archie). The Sussex\u2019s office refused to say where, how or when they had their first baby. It was only after they\u2019d got back home to Windsor that it was announced Meghan had even gone into labour &#8211; and it didn\u2019t name the private Portland Hospital where she\u2019d already given birth.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" id=\"elk-seasonal\"\/><\/p>\n<aside data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\" class=\"hawk-root\"\/>\n<p id=\"db0a37bd-9756-46ce-8c4c-759cc84b4060-2\" class=\"paywall\" aria-hidden=\"true\">Which, frankly, I completely understood. (After the births of both my children, I was in no position to even walk, let alone pose in heels and a full blow-dry.)<\/p>\n<p>So I just don\u2019t understand why Meghan is now posting pictures of her kids on Instagram. The latest was a Valentine\u2019s Day picture of Harry holding five-year-old Lilibet &#8211; with her face clearly visible.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"74aeddb3-cd47-40fc-86d1-a69f2e2318e2\">\n<blockquote class=\"vanilla-quoteblock\">\n<p>Archie and Lili are part of Meghan\u2019s \u2018perfect family\u2019 brand<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p id=\"46ffa01e-f907-4b70-a4a2-7df886f57265\">The photo came in the same week as Harry hitting out (again) against the evils of social media for kids. Many celebrities rarely mention their children, let alone post pictures of them.
