Corey Parker, the actor known for roles in Will & Grace<\/em> and Friday the 13th: A New Beginning<\/em>, has died. He was 60.<\/p>\n The actor died on Thursday in Memphis, Tennessee, following a cancer diagnosis, according to TMZ. Sending light and love to Corey\u2019s family and all those who knew and were touched by his genius,\u201d added Noelle.<\/p>\n Born July 8, 1965 in New York City, son of actress Rochelle \u2018Rocky\u2019 Parker and husband John David Haas, Corey Parker began acting in TV commercials at age 4 before attending New York\u2019s High School of Performing Arts.<\/p>\n Making his onscreen debut in a 1983 episode of As the World Turn<\/em>, Parker became a familiar face on TV, appearing in The New Leave It to Beaver<\/em>, Thirtysomething<\/em>, Flying Blind<\/em>, Touched by an Angel<\/em>, Love Boat: The Next Wave<\/em>, Nashville<\/em> and Will & Grace<\/em>, in which he had a recurring role as Grace\u2019s boyfriend Josh.<\/p>\n Parker also starred in the 1985 slasher sequel Friday the 13th: A New Beginning as Pete, a doomed greaser.
