A woman was taken into custody Sunday after allegedly firing several shots at singer Rihanna\u2019s residence in Beverly Crest, police told NBC4 Investigates.<\/p>\n
The incident was reported around 1:21 p.m. at a home in the 9500 block of Heather Road.<\/p>\n
Police said an unidentified woman drove to the location and fired multiple rounds.<\/p>\n
According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the suspect fired between seven and nine rounds from an AR-15-style rifle. Four of the rounds struck the house. Investigators were seen examining an Airstream trailer parked in the home\u2019s driveway.<\/p>\n
LAPD tells NBC4 Investigates that the singer was home at the time of the shooting. They also confirmed that no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n
The suspect was taken into custody. <\/p>\n
LAPD said investigators from its Robbery-Homicide Division will handle the case.<\/p>\n
