A woman was taken into custody Sunday after allegedly firing multiple shots at singer Rihanna\u2019s residence in Beverly Crest, according to NBC4 Investigates.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred around 1:21 p.m. at a home on the 9500 block of Heather Road. Police said an unidentified woman drove to the property and discharged several rounds.<\/p>\n
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported that the suspect fired between seven and nine rounds from an AR-15-style rifle, with four rounds striking the house. Investigators were seen examining an Airstream trailer parked in the driveway.<\/p>\n
LAPD confirmed to NBC4 Investigates that Rihanna was home at the time of the shooting, but no injuries were reported. The suspect was taken into custody.<\/p>\n
The department said that investigators from its Robbery-Homicide Division will handle the case.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
