Henri G. shared that the single is incredibly different from her debut ballad single. \u201cIt\u2019s a song about the \u2018what ifs\u2019 and the \u2018almost\u2019 of a romantic confession to someone. \u201cConfessing was one of the longest battles I experienced. Sometimes I get shy to say what I truly feel because sometimes I can\u2019t show it,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n
The singer\u2019s favorite line is these painful words that fully grasped the whole essence of the song:\u00a0\u201cHindi ko masabing mahal kita.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u201cI find the lyric disheartening,\u00a0as it creates the question, \u2018Why?
