Jackie O Henderson has been spotted in public for the first time since the dramatic collapse of the Kyle and Jackie O Show last week.<\/p>\n

The 51-year-old former radio queen was photographed looking downcast as she left a beauty salon near her Sydney home on Monday.<\/p>\n

Henderson appeared to be keeping a low profile, wearing an all black outfit consisting of a loose black tank top, relaxed cargo pants and black sides.<\/p>\n

She kept her head down and sunglasses on as she engaged with her phone while walking back to her black Range Rover after leaving her appointment.<\/p>\n

The public sighting comes after Henderson claimed on Friday she did not quit or resign from the KIIS FM radio show.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past few days, there has been a lot of speculation and misinformation about my departure from the show. I want to make one important point very clear: I did not quit or resign,\u201d she said in a statement issued by her manager Gemma O\u2019Neill.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am deeply saddened by the events of the past week and the possibility of the show ending. This has come as a shock to me, as it has to everyone else.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe current media narrative does not reflect what actually occurred, and it has been truly heartbreaking to see how this has unfolded.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this stage, I am unable to say anything further, as I am addressing this through the appropriate legal channels.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you to everyone who has sent kind messages of support during what has been an incredibly challenging time.\u201d<\/p>\n

The fallout stems from a heated exchange on February 20 during which Sandilands criticised Jackie\u2019s work performance while live on-air.<\/p>\n

He accused her of being distracted by astrology and star charts.<\/p>\n

\u201cYour fixation on this has made you almost unworkable,\u201d Sandilands said. \u201cYou are off with the fairies with this sh.t. It\u2019s mental.\u201d<\/p>\n

A shocked Henderson replied, \u201cI totally am offended by you saying something like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell too bad (that you\u2019re offended) \u2026 It\u2019s too much. It\u2019s affecting everything else. You\u2019re too fixated on it. Every segment, every time you\u2019ve spoken, you don\u2019t even know what\u2019s going on,\u201d Sandilands continued.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, a source close to Sandilands told news.com.au that he felt \u201cbetrayed\u201d by Henderson after she ended a 25-year broadcast partnership.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s reported Sandilands didn\u2019t hear the news directly from Henderson and only found out she would be leaving the show hours before ARN released its statement.<\/p>\n

Sandilands is now on a 14-day suspension after ARN determined his conduct toward Henderson during the February 20 broadcast constituted \u201can act of misconduct\u201d.<\/p>\n

He has been told he must \u201cremedy\u201d the situation before he can return to the airwaves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
