The duo reunited for the 48-year-old actress and filmmaker\u2019s new movie The Bride!<\/i>, which was released in theatres in the United States on March 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

“I’ve known Jessie a long time. She was in my first film, The Lost Daughter, and I think she’s really brilliant. I’m so pleased for her about everything that’s happening in the world, seeing her talent,” Gyllenhaal gushed about the 36-year-old Irish actress during a recent premiere of her latest project.<\/p>\n

Buckley has gained major awards momentum, winning a Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice Award, BAFTA, and SAG Award for Best Actress for her performance in Hamnet<\/i>.<\/p>\n
