Nick Viall isn’t the only Wisconsin connection to Netflix’s new dating experiment, “Age of Attraction.”<\/p>\n While Wisconsin native Nick and his wife, Natalie Joy, are the hosts of the forthcoming series \u2013 which examines if age is just a number when it comes to love \u2013 there are at least two contestants with Wisconsin ties, too.<\/p>\n A cast of 40 singles, along with their headshots, bios and Instagram accounts, were released on Tudum<\/a>, the streaming service’s official companion site, on March 5. Cast members Brian Winzenried’s “location” is listed as Madison, and Erin Timm’s says Delavan.<\/p>\n Here’s more about the two state-tied contestants, as well as the series, which premieres March 11:<\/p>\n According to Tudum, the cast of singles will build connections based on chemistry, compatibility and spark \u2013 without knowing each others’ ages.<\/p>\n The Vialls \u2013 who have\u00a0a high-profile age-gap marriage<\/a>\u00a0themselves \u2013 will guide the singles through the journey. When a couple feels ready to “level up,” they’ll commit to each other before revealing their ages, the Tudum report said.<\/p>\n If the pair chooses to move forward, they’ll test their relationship in the real world.<\/p>\n Show co-host Nick is a “Bachelor” franchise alum. He and Natalie, a certified surgical technologist, already together host “The Viall Files,”<\/a>\u00a0the popular podcast Nick started years ago about reality TV, love and pop culture. The two share a daughter, River Rose,<\/a> and are expecting twins<\/a>.<\/p>\n Winzenried is listed as the owner-baker at Gamboa Baking Co. in Panama on the bakery’s Instagram page<\/a>. He’s also a Ford Model<\/a>, who goes by “Brian Winz.”<\/p>\n After graduating from Edgewood High School in Madison and being a “muffin man” at Stella’s Bakery \u2013 owned by his then-girlfriend’s family \u2013 Winzenried got into modeling, according to a 2013 Wisconsin State Journal report<\/a>.<\/p>\n The State Journal report said Winzenried \u2013 who moved to Miami, then New York \u2013 appeared in ads for Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Gap and Abercrombie & Fitch, among others; traveled to Europe for fashion shows; and sat by Madonna for an album launch party of hers.<\/p>\n Winzenried studied bread-baking at New York’s French Culinary Institute and had apprenticeships there before he and his girlfriend-turned-wife returned to Madison to run her family’s bakery, the State Journal reported in 2013.<\/p>\n In 2020, Winzenried moved to Gamboa and founded Gamboa Baking Co. in a small garage, he shared in a 2024 Instagram post<\/a>. The bakery has since expanded to Ciudad Del Saber, featuring breads, pastries, pizza and more. In 2025, Eater named Gamboa among the “Best Restaurants in Panama City.”<\/a><\/p>\n Brian likens his ideal relationship to food, his cast bio says.<\/p>\n “Do you want a fast-food McDonald\u2019s experience or a Michelin star\u2013rated meal?’ he said in the bio.
